Osiris Management Limited has been in business for sixteen years providing project and construction management services to a diverse client base. The company is based in Calgary Alberta but has had an on going operation in Red Deer Alberta for the last four years. Our company is built on providing professional management services to our clients in the most efficient and cost effective method possible.
We started in up scale residential housing in 1990, and then branched out in to commercial interiors. It has been our philosophy to keep a foot in both markets as fluctuations can occur in both sectors. We have proved more than capable to perform in both markets. We soon learned our clients needed more than just someone to build the building or construct an interior, so we expanded our services to include design and engineering, from concept stage to the final working drawings. We have established good working relationships with different designers, architects and engineers. This gives us a broad range of design services to choose from when it comes to matching them to our Client's needs. We interface with the municipal authority on all matters pertaining to the development applications, rezoning, indemnification agreements, deep service agreements and the building permit applications. This gives us a global view of the process and how it should develop. This greatly enhances our approach to a project and has secured us a loyal client base. Much of our business is repeat business and referrals. In the last several years we have branched out to multi-family housing projects ranging in size from ten units in the inner city to ninety-six units in the newer subdivisions. In the past three years we have built over two hundred and sixty units. During this same time we managed the facelift and interior conversion of the nine story Lord Nelson Hotel in to a new Holiday Inn Express, a major renovation to the Sheraton Four Points Hotel as well as a major expansion of the Hope Lutheran Church. We have worked under both warranty programs (Alberta New Home and National Home Warranty) and have a good reputation with both. We assist our clients that are not already a member of a warranty program to become members. Before opening Osiris Management the principal of the company was engaged in the commercial field building pre-engineered steel buildings as part of turn key projects, these included storage and receiving buildings for Alberta Wheat Pool, Automobile dealerships, machine shops, Bus barns, town office and fire hall for Sundry Alberta, interiors for BMO and C.I.B.C. These are just a few of the projects he was directly responsible for. Osiris, as a company has continued to strive for excellence, improving service to our Clients, developing more efficient procedures and tools to better manage projects.
