Osiris has been providing construction management services to private Clients and the development industry for twenty years. We have been involved in Development and Building Permits, Street Closures, Line Assignments, Excavation Agreements and connections to Deep Services and Infill Development. We have worked with our Clients and the City to rezone properties and have gone the Development Appeal Board on behalf of our Clients. In short there isn’t much we haven’t done in regards to dealing with the Municipal Authorities.
