Osiris provides our clients with a comprehensive service tailored to meet the particular needs of the project. This can be from the conceptual design stage, where Osiris would lead the design team of Architects and Engineers, through to the pre-construction and construction phases.

In many situations the client already has a design team in place and Osiris would complement the team by adding our expertise in construction methods and value engineering.

What Osiris Management can do for you.
Our clients, who are involved with construction and development, share one common concern: how to establish, control and track their construction costs. This simple issue can become extraordinarily complex, even to professionals in the construction field. Through the application of effective Construction Management techniques, our firm will coordinate and control all aspects of the project to produce a well-designed and constructed facility, or facilities, which will meet the client's requirements for function, schedule and budget. Previously we mentioned Value Engineering. What is it? This is the process where by we conduct a thorough review of the drawings and specifications to determine if the design is the most cost effective we should be following. There are more savings to be achieved with a cost effective design than through competitive bidding.

Construction Management. Construction Management is a professional and disciplined management system specifically created to promote the successful execution of Client’s projects. This is accomplished through an array of services applied (see Our Services) to the project through planning, design, construction and post construction phases to obtain the objectives of Quality, Cost, Time and Scope. These projects are complex and few owners have the staff or resources necessary to pay close attention to every detail, yet these are the details that can make or break a project.

The professional Construction Manager can augment the Client’s staff with pre-planning, design consultation, construction methods, engineering and management expertise regardless of the type of project. We will provide the services listed do the analysis of the bids; provide the contract documents for the Client and contractor to sign. Provide site supervision and take responsibility for the budget and schedule. We will also obtain all close out documents to obtain the Occupancy Permit. Construction management removes the adversarial relationship that traditionally exists between the Client and a General Contractor and replaces it with a cooperative relationship that includes the Client in the decision making process.



The complexity and cost of construction projects require effective management to ensure there is adequate control of manpower, time and expenditures. Our Construction Management concept involves the implementation of all functions necessary to achieve this objective while permitting the client the degree of control necessary to determine their priorities and preferences.
