A major renovation to the food preparation areas of Ginger Beef, they are the producers of high quality Chinese foods sold to their own restaurant and to major grocery store chains such as Costco. The project was an interior renovation adding mechanical to service new walk in coolers as well as an under-floor heating system for the blast freezer. New prep areas were reconfigured to increase efficiency and output.
The building of a heavy duty machine shop for the repairs to heavy tracked equipment and steel fabrication, overhead cranes were installed to handle the movement of heavy materials. This more than doubled the size of their existing shop and added the capability of taking on repairs and construction of heavy equipment.
Triple Three Trading was the conversion of a 100,000 square foot warehouse for the cold storage of lumber.
