Osiris has built approximately a thousand multi-family unit’s overtime; the above picture is the lower parkade level of Bella Casa. This building has ten commercial units and parkade on the main floor with ninety two residential condominiums on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors. The Advantage of this method of management allowed us to start without a final permit in place saving almost a month.

Lindsay Park Place was a unique project, we took a 1929 Jewish synagogue which had been abandoned ten years previous and turned it into a ten unit one of kind condominium. This is where we had to show our ability to be Innovative working with this old structure. The City recognized the building with a Historical Plaque.
3. Manchester Place is a fifty-six suite four story condominium with a parkade. This was built just east of MacLeod Trail south in Calgary in a neighbourhood in transition. There were several obstacles, but the largest was building a temporary power line structure along the lane in order to place piles. We convinced Enmax to utilize the adjoining park.

The Watermark is a 38 unit high end condominium with parkade in Sylvan Lake. Just five blocks from the lake there are many panoramic views from the second to fourth floor

In Red Deer we have build three projects for the same developer; Jacobs Condominiums, Jacobs condos II and Jenkins Place, a total of one hundred and sixty two suites for first time home buyers.

Our latest condominium is Summa Manor a fourteen suite building with parkade, these units are larger than most and have higher end finishes. This was a particularly tight site with the parkade the same size as the lot with no area available for layout so we went with pre-fabricated wall systems that went faster and didn’t require a layout area.
