Osiris Management has participated in the design and building of a number of industrial projects.

The above house was built for one of Calgary’s most well known Architects in a cozy inner city neighbourhood; the interior is a warm functional space with lots of detail. The kitchen is a main focal point.

Westminster Gardens is a five unit unique living space with ten foot ceilings; hardwood floors custom kitchens, three levels of luxury. This was a commercial property which we rezoned RM4 with DC guidelines this allowed for an almost total build out of the site, we second floor patio off the kitchens as their amenity space.

The McKenzie Lake House, this house was a two story walkout basement with three car garage. We worked hand in hand with the interior design to undertake a complete demo of the interior, mechanical and electrical systems. The living room was transformed into a parlor, the vault over was turned into a baby’s room. A walkway was constructed through the great room to an area above the third garage where we built a new bedroom, washroom and laundry room.

Duplexes built in Montgomery for a developer, this land had to be rezoned from commercial to R2 residential and then sub-divided into four lots. Each unit is different in layout and finishes. Again this neighbourhood is in transition.

Liscan duplex built in an established neighbourhood these were out fitted with beautiful deep red cabinetry in the kitchen and family rooms, stair rails were a combination of iron spindles and stained oak posts and rails.

The Confederation Park house was purchased by a Client, it was 1400 sf. We removed the house from the foundation and built a 3600 sf two story in its place. The kitchen has a one of a kind burled maple finish with black granite top and stainless steel splash.
